Hello all, I have just taken out my newest Hobie 16 after getting it ready all winter. The boat makes a humming or whining noise as the speed picks up. It appears to be coming from both rudders. This winter I did the measure thing to try and get them parallel and I also did the spacer thing to snug up the rudders. The noise is really annoying and it feels like the boat is being slowed down whenever the humming starts. Anyone had and fixed this problem before? Thanks for the assistance...
